Each person may hold a single account, opened with accurate personal details. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for every action taken while signed in.

Providing false information, allowing others to use your account, or attempting to bypass verification checks may lead to suspension and the forfeiture of affected balances.

Deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay

Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Winboss may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal to satisfy security and regulatory obligations.

All game results are determined by tested random number generators, and the outcome displayed at the end of a round is final. Winboss is not liable for losses arising from ordinary gameplay.

Bonuses and promotions

Promotional offers carry their own qualifying conditions, wagering requirements, maximum-bet caps, and expiry dates, which are published alongside each offer and form part of these terms.

Creating duplicate accounts, exploiting a promotion in bad faith, or using play patterns designed solely to secure a guaranteed advantage may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

Availability, complaints, and governing rules

The service may be paused for maintenance, security measures, or legal reasons, and Winboss does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

If you are unhappy with a decision, you may raise a complaint through our support team, which follows documented timelines. Unresolved matters may be escalated to the ONJN in line with Romanian law.
