Privacy Policy
This notice sets out how Winboss handles the information connected to your account and the choices you have over it. We aim to keep our data practices transparent and proportionate.
Updated Feb 9, 2026Information we collect
To open and run your account we gather registration details such as your name, date of birth, contact address, and payment identifiers, together with the verification documents required under our ONJN licence.
As you use Winboss we also record gameplay history, transaction records, device and browser characteristics, and connection logs that help us keep the service stable and secure.
How your information is used
The core purpose is to deliver the service you sign up for: processing deposits and withdrawals, running games, resolving support tickets, and meeting anti-money-laundering and age-verification duties.
We analyse patterns to detect fraud, protect accounts, and improve platform performance. Where you have opted in, we may send tailored offers, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Sharing and safeguards
Winboss discloses information only where necessary: to regulated payment providers, identity-check partners, and the ONJN or other lawful authorities when a valid request is received.
Access is restricted to staff and processors who need it, and we apply encryption, access controls, and regular reviews to reduce the risk of unauthorised exposure.
Retention and your rights
We keep records for as long as your account is active and for any additional period demanded by gambling, tax, and anti-fraud legislation, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, ask for corrections, object to certain processing, or request erasure. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
